Proposal for new care home balcony secured through full planning consent.  Hatch Architecture has successfully led the architectural drafting and planning coordination to secure full planning consent for a new resident balcony at a leading care home in the Ulnes Walton / Croston area.  The balcony will facilitate much needed outdoor access and enhanced social potential for the resident. it has been a pleasure for Hatch Architecture to help in this small but significant project.  More to follow as the site works progress.
