Project for 10 new-build 1 bedroom apartments in Chorley set to be submitted for Building Control design stage consent. Hatch Architecture is leading the technical design and design stage coordination for this positive regeneration of brownfield land. The apartments are to be compliant with the new requirements of the 2022 Building Regulations for amongst other things: thermal efficiency, air tightness, protection from overheating and gigabyte ready communications.
