Proposal for 1 new-building detached house in Heath Charnock secured through outline planning consent. Hatch Architecture has successfully led the design and coordination to secure outline planning consent for a new 3 storey dwelling house on virgin land. The site which is set below the adjacent highway level lends itself to a home of multiple storeys. From here, the design will be developed further and is to be influenced by the skyline view which is uninterrupted as far as Blackpool. More to follow as this project develops.
